Comments: It is true that I am one of few passions. There are not to many things that I am avid about, but what is a passion is a CD that makes me instinctively reach for the volume knob. I'm talking a head banging, fist pounding, heart shaking, speaker quaking CD that I can't turn up loud enough.

In 2007 I was fortunate enough to hear of such music. And it is all because of my involvement with this – www.hardrockhaven.net . I have had the pleasure of working alongside some superb fellow staff members who I have come to call friends, and yes on occasion, learn from. On this website, the readers can be guaranteed of one thing – each CD we receive is listened to from start to finish, regardless who the artist is. Each CD review is based on its own merit, and is judged honestly and fairly. If it is good, I will say so, if it is not good, I will say that as well…

But enough of that……I have a kick ass job, one that takes me all over the world, going to places I never else would have had the opportunity to go, and allows me to do some pretty cool stuff. In one sense or anther, at some point in my life I have had the pleasure of calling California, Utah, Alaska, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Louisiana and Nevada home. When home, I work as a firefighter/paramedic, and enjoy doing things that don't seem to make much sense to any one but me, but what the hell, isn't that what life is all about. Doing stuff that is fun, dangerous at times and self-gratifying.

Bring on 2008. Age is just a number, and I refuse to age without a fight, and people who know me will testify that I do enjoy a good fight.
