Here we have Sound Riots release of Chain Collector's Forthcoming
Addiction a demo from this newly formed Norwegian heavy metal
band. Chain Collector are vocalist Kjetil Nordhus (Green Carnation
& Trail Of Tears), drummer Anders Kobro (Green Carnation, Carpathian
Forest & In The Woods), guitarist Gøran Bomann (Carpathian
Forest), guitarist Kjell Jacobsen and the additional musician Endre
Kirkesola on bass/keyboards, who have also played on Green Carnation
previously.
Four
very different tracks are on the demo and make one anxious for the
entire album. There are hard-charging death metal guitars playing
solid rhythms, and Nordhus screams his ass off while Kobro plays
a seriously exhilarating drum line. Chain Collector is solid. There
is some serious potential for success from these boys in the future
if they stay true to their passion for hard, strong heavy metal.
Look forward to their upcoming Sound Riot Records release that is
titled The Masqurade. It has now become 10 tracks of pure chain
metal with awesome sound. It’s due out later this year. You
