Comments: You feel like you've entered a dream. You walk a seemingly endless corridor into a place where you have no business being. Shadows and images are all around you, and you have no place left to run. Your thoughts are distorted, and you wonder when it all will end. You want to scream, but you can't summon the strength. So you simply stand there, helplessly waiting to awaken from this never-ending nightmare. The realization hits you, and you're opening your eyes: You were never really there, or were you? No, these are not any of the lyrics contained on this disc but a simple analogy of the feelings conveyed by the time you get to the third song on this bad boy.

Wow! This thing takes you away into a dark place with its deep and thought-provoking lyrics. The music is an intense compliment and invokes a powerful and eerie feeling throughout. All parts work in harmony with one another to form a piece of rock genius. Conceptual is an understatement at best. In "Soul Distortion," the music floats and drives while sparking and spurring a whirlwind of emotion from within. The vocals are clear and powerful without range limitations. The music is executed flawlessly. OK, folks, you know the drill. Go get it and see for yourself. Make sure you keep your eyes open or you may never come back.
