Hello out there all you death metal demons and tramps! While buzzing
through the cemetery the other night with a few of my brain dead
fiends, I came across the body of some unfortunate dude who was
slumped over the grave of someone I once killed. I mean knew. There
was a huge blade protruding from his back so I kind of guessed he
was no longer among the living (not that, that is a bad thing ,
mind you). I checked his pockets (merely to see if he had identification
of course) and came across this unbelievably incredible CD collection.
Remarkably
preserved and without a stain on it was this two disc live set from
a band called Rage. Thinking back for a minute, I recalled once
hanging with those dudes and man did they ever kick some ass! There
were only three of them in the band but what a full sound they produced.
I remember Victor Smolski could lay down some leads to die for so
I had to take this disc home and check it out. It's not like the
dude I got it off of is going to be doing anything with it any time
soon. It's a shame though, that someone would go through the trouble
of doing this guy in and not bother to take such a treasure home
with them.
It
must've been aBritney Spears fan or something. You know how psychotic
they can be. She seems to bring out all the child molesters and
killers these days. It's outright scary! So anyway I got home and
put this thing in and man was I blown the hell away! The clarity
of the sound was simply unbelievable for a live recording. Talk
about soul possessing music! Peavy Wagner is the kind of vocalist
that doesn't really have a varied range but knows exactly how to
use his voice to the fullest extreme. The pounding of percussion
mixed with bass from none other than the very bowels of the nether
world will send your head into seizure status while the guitars
rip and tear what's left of your shattered mind into oblivion!
What
a great way to spend a few hours! After listening to the 27 tracks
contained within the digital walls of these two murderous discs
you will be left feeling like your soul has been drained and your
spirit plundered. I can only imagine how everyone felt after witnessing
this live show in Germany; one of the best metal havens in the entire
world. Don't take my word for it. Go out and check this one out
for yourself. I'll give you the email address of where you can obtain
it because quite frankly I don't think you'll come across one the
way I did. Until next time.... Keep Bleeding For Me!!
